Founder's Welcome Address

Our Founder, Dr. Prakash Sukdev Kolhe Sir, envisioned the Goshala as a centre of compassion, service, and preservation of Indian culture and traditions. The mission is not merely to shelter cows but to ensure their lifelong care, dignity, and well-being. Our responsibilities include providing nutritious fodder, clean drinking water, hygienic shelter, regular veterinary check-ups, timely medical treatment, and a safe, stress-free environment. We must ensure the health and comfort of every cow with love, dedication, and responsibility. The Goshala also aims to educate students about the importance of cows in Indian agriculture, rural livelihoods, organic farming, and our cultural heritage. By promoting the responsible use of cow dung and cow urine where appropriate, we can encourage sustainable farming practices and environmental awareness. Our guiding principle is simple: Compassion towards all living beings is the foundation of humanity. Through this initiative, we aspire to nurture kindness, responsibility, respect for nature, and pride in India’s rich traditions among our students, contributing to our larger vision of “Building Ideal Citizens to Build an Ideal India.” Let our Goshala become a living example of Indian values, scientific care, and selfless service.
